Most blockages clear on the first visit. If one keeps coming back, there is usually a reason in the pipe itself, and we can put a camera down to see it.
If the camera shows damage, we can often repair it without digging up the garden or the drive. We will show you what we found and talk you through it before anything else is done.

We will tell you what we found and what it needs. Sometimes that is a camera survey or a repair, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Do you charge more at night or at weekends?
Yes, the rate is higher in the evening, overnight and at weekends. We tell you the rate when you call, before a van sets off.
Is the drain mine or the water company's?
It depends on where the blockage is. We can usually tell you once we are there, and if it belongs to the water company we will say so.
